it has been nearly a year since anyone posted anything here.
and i wonder who ever visits this blog.
but well,
at least i still do.
yup. me yihui otherwise known as daniel.
well, to update those who are no longer in acjc,
everyone back in school are doing fine.
chew, quek, xinnie and other aa1s who are still in aa1,
me the arts traitor who dropped his only science sub phy,
yu ting who daos me all the time and draws on my hand,
chars, bonnie, adrian, etc, etc.
we are having our prelims right now, so yep, mugging is the new cool word.
and adrian has turned into a super mugger. yes, i am not kidding.
super doesnt even justify the extend of his "muggingness"
sir is enjoying himself, making fun of students and bullying other teachers like mrs meow.
aa1 is still aa1.
different classmates,
people with different characteristics,
with their own class blog.
yup.
so why is random daniel trying to say in this entry?
well, i dont believe that people can walk into our lives and walk away just like that.
they usually leave behind something call footsteps.
so i want to challenge myself
and all other ex aa1ians,
to drop by and blog or tag something.
to tell us how you are,
let us know that you are still alive and kicking,
and to commerate that fact that people still remember each other.
mmhmm.

i'm safely in canada, in a new school, new environment,with new people. but i must say, and will always say, i like my old school better. we had the best of times in 1AA1, and although i've just arrived, i can't wait to be home again. how's everyone?

today i saw CLARENCE!! yAY!! was soo happy to see my fellow slacker once again. SO COINCIDENTAL! he just happened to walk past clementi library where we were having kidsREAD when YI HUI saw him!! haha.. it was fun seeing his funny face again, yeah!

ooook.. this is NOT exactly an outing haha :D its to the CHOIR concert at the esplanade!! its on the 23rd may! at 730!! tickets are priced at $17, $22 and dunno what! but the ting n ting corporation have decided!! we will all buy the $22 tix and meet at 4!! at city hall mrt! so BE THERE so we can all BOND together!! not ionic or covalent bonding!! this is CLASS bonding! and aa1 old/new bondin!! :D

miss all of u sooo much! so much so i've been frantically borrowing timetables the whole of last week to make sure i KNOW when my free periods n recesses clash with all u guys! yes, i don't have school and all, but life is shit.

there's absolutely nothing to do. no one to talk to. cos everyone is in school.
that's sad isn't it.
you'd think it would be fun not going to school, but its not. not at all.
enjoy your time in school man.
at least you get to see everyone.
you get to smile, laugh, talk crap.
even though there are lessons stuck in between, at least you have each other.

chatting on msn, talking on the phone doesn't replace all my dear friends i left behind in ac.
it doesn't do them justice.
talking on msn and over the phone isn't like talking to face to face at all.
its quite sad actually.

yuting's entry encompasses all i have in mind. of course, im not in her situation, but im sad.. for the simple reason that i seem to be floating about. I don't entirely belong in AHR; its as though someone accidentally clicked on the mute button, or brainwashed me of all stupid, lame stuff i wanna say. its very odd to feel lonely amidst dozens of ppl. yet at the same time, even as i sit with the AA1 ppl and talk to them, i no longer belong there.

someday, somehow, perhaps I'd grow to love AHR.. but somewhere, hidden beneath the lame jokes and bimbotic squeals and gym-crazy attitude is my genuine affection towards a memory of a certain aa1, a memory so pure nothing can tarnish it. aa1 Part One, i rather like the sound of tt. :)

Monday and Tuesday were sad days. I was sad because I was scared and alone. I was sad because I didnt have any super good friend in class. I was sad because I didnt have anyone to tell bout me being scared and alone. I was sad because I was in a dilemma involving my appeal or lack thereof to AA1. I was sad because AA1's entirely different, and that my friends (Mich Chew and Mich Quak, Xin Nie, Bert, Adrian, Pei and Kai Hui) miss the old aa1. I was sad because I couldnt be there much to help cheer them up with my stupid bimbo actions. I was sad because they've been asking me to go back, and God says to stay put in AHR and I really want to go back and be with them. I was sad because Mr Lynn seems to like the new AA1 better. I was sad simply because everything's changed.

that it's almost impossible to like our new class as much.

well one day, soon, we probably would.
and we might not miss aa1 as much. anymore.

hullo im in AHblue and there isnt a single AA1 peep around. im quite sad.
there are many people whom i know in there.and others tell me my class is going to be fun. i sure hope so.though right now i remain unconvinced.just quite glad that,some teachers wont be the same.

i absolutely abhor the idea that im in a history class.then i wont even get to hear,just hearrrr about misterlynn's lectures.
how much fun im losing out.and i cant even have pccg lessons with sir anymore.it's terribly horrible,when things are just starting to glue together so nicely.

walking around school,it's so terrible to see bert,adrian,pei,kai,mich(s),pam,bonnie,xinnie,keying,charissa,manda,pearlly,tingen around,yet knowing we wont be in the same class.anymore.
i wont get to mess with bert's hair.
i wont have adrian's graffiti all over my math lecture notes.
i cant sing anjing with kai during tutorials.
i cant tie frenchbraids for pei after pe.
i wont be teasing michq when i see edwin.
i wont be sure if michc is still there for every lesson.
i cant get allllll hyped out with pam.

haha.. alrite! its my turn now.. maybe everybody shd do reflections.. haha.. its nice to remember beautiful things.. ya?

i remember my first day of sch was the most terrible day of my life... stepping in acjc.. there is not a face i knew.. except a few church friends here n there. i was ALL ALONE.. sigh.. i felt so out of place.. everyone around me was in groups ,pairs.. and everyone had someone to talk to.. i must have looked like a weirdo all alone in my nj-liked uniform. i guess 80% of the population didnt noe jss(jurong sec) existed. i didnt noe my way well and keep losing my way.. and my og wasnt tat friendly as well.. many a times they went back to look fer their friends.. it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE .. and ya.. the orientation.. bla bla bla..

first day in class.. only 4 guys.. wow.. ok...... everyone is so quiet.. or noe someone or another.. and was talking to their friends.. then see the form teacher.. OK.. mr lynn.. the teacher who warned all the guys tat they must be tired of leaving to do anything against wad he say.. and ordered us in a fierce tone to change to our uniform the min he stepped in to class.. how friendly..

yup.. after tat.. we have class.. bla bla bla.. at first .. most of them still stick back with their sch or church friends.. so sometimes i also dun noe wad to do.. well.. but kai hui.. adrian.. pei lian and clarence was quite friendly.. so sometimes i stick with them.. ya.. but everybody got closer and noe each other and we all started to crap crap crap crap.. haha.. and pon lesson.. tats our pro..

right so lets recap some of the beautiful memories..

1) kai hui = fta = federation of the tortoise association.. haa.. i can up with tat like 6 yrs ago.. then steal it and gave it to her.. so whenever she does very funny things.. we call her tat.. haha..

2)pass it on post cards! haha.. the best solution to boring lectures and tutorials.. haha.. most of them are with wen now..

3)clarence's smiley hand! indispensible hand warmer.. best to be used to in cold lecture halls.

4) rumors to clarify... i m no gay.. nor do i like netball gals.. cmon.. i m a straight and good boy.. haha.. and i there is nothing between me and clarence.. we are just friends.. haha.. just like any other ppl on earth. plz.. urgh..

5)mr lynn is one of the best teacher on earth.. he is our best friend! haha.. i have nv seen anyone who can teach geo in such a interesting way.. and he is good to the class.. the treats.. teaching us geo skills.. the songs.. thanks fer not scolding us.. but he threatened to poison my food now.. CALL POLICE! HAHA..

6)mr sim rocks.. he teaches chi using eng.. and make sure we understand the words and how phrases are formed..

7)ting en.. michelle chew.. ting en.. my nightmare.. whine whine whine and whine.. and come up with real lame jokes.. i guess we can compile them all into a book.. haha.. but they are nice peeps.. good friends.. ^^

8)swimming pe.. haha.. some of them didnt even attended one lesson.. haha.. and aft tat we will slack in the pool and enjoy life..

9)deone and ting a ling a ling.. with there never ending honkie accent! haha.. and tings special laughter.. haha.. special love fer ben and jerry and zoo.. and deone sew real well! pro.. haha.. and ting's drawing.. amazing..

dear everyone. today's the final final final last day.
wednesday spells a whole new beginning once again. just like three months ago, this has been our whole new beginning. and now, it is history. a short history (=long geography? ok not funny. whatever.)of less than three months.
i was recollecting all the fond memories i have of aa1. pleased to find them still fresh in my mind.

confessions
FIRST CLASS MEETING:
1.veneh was sitting beside me. dao face. walao. sad man. this kinda LIAN classmate. i wana cry. but we shared certain similar sentiments about mister lynn. HOHO. and got scolded by him for talking. ahhhh. what a terribly horrible start.

2.beside veneh was amanda. i was thinkin: what a hiao girl. die man. im so going to hate her LA.

3.4 guys. ONLY. damn sad. i thought jc life was suppose to be EXCITING. clarence was a quiet boy from my og. yihui looks like he's from nj. bert looks so fierce. i can imagaine him playing HUMAN RUGBY. scary. and the last guy was LATE. where oh where is he? OMG. AH BENG. i wanted to kill myself.gimme a rope. FAST.

4. pam charissa and some other ppl were laughin happily at one corner. felt like some forsaken invisible nanyang girl at the corner.

5. everybody looks so quiet and demure and gentle. zzzzzzz

well perhaps. just perhaps it is good that we end here. while it is all still about fun laughter and happiness. these memories too pure and beautiful to be stained with tears, homework and a bit of blood coughed out by the teachers and even ourselves. something seemingly possible after first three months.

well. i'll really miss it. having the special geog room with swing swing comfy chairs as our base class. only that i only get to use it twice every week. and sometimes missing it once or twice so like..hoho i dont use it much.

Hi everyone in 1aa1

This is my very first visit to this little place and my very first entry.
It has been a memorable 2 months with a wonderful bunch of 21 human beings.
Thank you for being a part of my life and my memory.
Usually I will say goodbyes to my students at the baccalaureate service in JC 2 year.
But I will make an exception now.

For those who are leaving 1AA1 and ACJC, you have my blessings and my best wishes.
At every baccalaureate service, we will sing this little song to bid the students farewell.

as all, if not most, of you know, i'll be leaving AC after the term ends to go to poly. it'll definitely be hard to leave all the wonderful memories that we've shared in 1AA1 these past few weeks. but don't worry, i might pop by to have recess with you guys once in a while!!

i know many of you have had to bear with my sudden outbursts and insane periods of hyperactivity, but i hope that i haven't scarred you for life.

i would like to use this entry to thank all those who have made my time in 1AA1 a truly amazing experience:

booey!! haha this is my first post here so let me take up space and indulge. anyway i really hafta say that it has been a unforgettable first three (or rather two) months. there're many people i know whom havent been enjoying themselves in sch, and i hafta admit that my time in AC has only been this enjoyable because of each and every part of 1AA1. every single person constitudes a portion of this class, and all the tiny fractions combine to form a lovely picture.

my very first impression of AA1 was tt "cedar girls rule the room" or smth to that effect.. haha! then i thought Adrian was some ah beng or smth. =D during orientation, i wondered if i'd actually stay in ac and drag myself through the 2 years here. but no matter how dreary the remainder of my stay may be, i'll always be blessed with the memory that i had a great class and great teacher =)

as we recieve our results on monday, i wish you guys all the best, and for those who've decided to leave.. i pray you'll bring along memories of the times we shared together as a class =)even as u go forth with ur new lives, and begin a whole new chapter.. i'd like to haf you noe that i'll never forget you =)

the special thing about us.. is that we have love! the love of friendship... love between classmates.. love between teachers and students.. well.. prehaps we are not the best and most united and closely bonded.. the love of aa1 is still deep within each and everyone of us.. and this love will keep us strong.. when ppl ask about our first 3 mths.. we can proudly tell them.. the legacy of 1AA1... yea.. stay strong friends.. no matter where we will be.. show them the ac spirit.. and the aa1 spirit.
